Sandtick for Mac
Your usual Sandtick as a Mac app: same data and same features, plus notifications for online bookings, the badge on the Dock and keyboard shortcuts. The app is in Italian for now.
Sandtick on iPhone
The iPhone app is coming soon. Meanwhile Sandtick works in Safari, with the same data and the same features.
Sandtick on iPad
On the floor the iPad is the right place: floor plan and arrivals together, with your finger. The iPad app is coming soon; meanwhile Sandtick works in Safari.
Sandtick on Android
The Android app is coming soon. Meanwhile Sandtick works in the browser, with the same data and the same features.
Sandtick on Windows
The Windows app is coming soon. Meanwhile Sandtick works in the browser, with the same data and the same features.
Minimum requirements
- macOS 26 Tahoe or laterCheck it from the Apple menu → About This Mac; update from System Settings → General → Software Update.
- Mac with Apple silicon (M1 or later)Or one of the Intel Macs that run macOS 26: MacBook Pro 16″ (2019), MacBook Pro 13″ with four Thunderbolt ports (2020), iMac (2020), Mac Pro (2019).
- Internet connectionIf it drops during service you keep working: changes are sent when it's back.
- A Sandtick accountIf you don't have one, the free trial lasts 30 days, no card needed.
How to install
- 1Open Sandtick.dmg (it's in your Downloads folder) and drag Sandtick into the Applications folder.
- 2Open Sandtick from Applications. The Mac says «“Sandtick” Not Opened»: click «Done».
- 3Open System Settings → Privacy & Security and scroll down to «Security». Next to «“Sandtick” was blocked to protect your Mac.» click «Open Anyway» and enter your Mac password (or use Touch ID).
- 4Open Sandtick again. When asked «Open “Sandtick”?» click «Open Anyway». Then sign in with your email and password.
Why these steps? The Mac app isn't registered with Apple yet: it will be soon, and then a double click will do. For now you do this once, and again when you download a new version.

- Shortcuts: ⌘N new booking, ⇧⌘N walk-in, ⌘F search
- Two fingers on the trackpad to change a booking's status
